The no frills approach to burgers.

Japananese McDonald's is launching a generic restaurant concept called "Quarter Pounder".

Super generic packaging, minimalist decor, and only two-items on the  menu. Yes, the "Quarter Pounder Restaurant" may appear to be some cool elitist hot spot but hang on a sec... apparently the McDonalds' marketing machine is in high gear promoting the concept. The "Quarter Pounder Big Secret" campaign utilizes viral online marketing, street teams, and other bizarre stuff that only the Japanese can explain.
Big Secret? Yeah, we only sell Quarter Pounders!!! Ha ha... so funny!
